Can’s career at Ant Yapi UK began in 2022 as a Project Intern on the Park Modern-Hyde Park development, a high-end residential project in Central London. His proactive approach quickly earned him recognition, leading to progressive roles within the company:

- Site Architect: As a full-time Site Architect, Can collaborated closely with construction managers, package managers, and the design team. He conducted site inspections, prepared progress reports, and ensured alignment between design plans and on-site implementation.

- Façade & Roof Site Manager: Within four months, Can was promoted to manage multiple aspects of façade and roof installations, coordinating subcontractors, creating detailed delivery schedules, and ensuring project milestones were met. His ability to address challenges and maintain quality standards showcased his strategic planning and leadership skills.

- Programme Coordinator: Currently, Can is a Programme Coordinator for the Chelsea Barracks Building 8 development. His responsibilities include tracking subcontractor performance, analyzing progress against schedules, and advising on strategies to mitigate delays. He has also contributed to the creation of comprehensive progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
