We're delighted to announce that Ant Yapi UK is embarking on its latest project at the Chelsea Barracks Development!

We have been entrusted with the comprehensive fitout, mechanical and electrical works of Building 8 which includes the crafting high-quality residential apartments along with various communal spaces. This project isn't just about numbers but the diversity and scale of the task at hand. From reception and lobby areas to corridors, staircases and back of house areas, we are tasked to bring life from Lower Ground 2 all the way to the Level 7 Penthouse. Moreover, we're thrilled to extend our craftsmanship to the front of building landscaping works, adding another dimension to our portfolio.

We're proud to be working in partnership with Chelsea Barracks (4) GP LLP, acting as a general partner for Qatari Diar Europe LLP, bringing their vision to life in this prestigious London locale.
