The Leas Pavilion Marketing Suite Is Now Ready!

We’re pleased to announce that the new marketing suite at Leas Pavilion is now ready to receive guests and to showcase the quality of the work that Ant Yapi as a Top 100 construction company will deliver for future residents of Folkestone.

Our Leas Pavilion project, which we started in 2022 and located in the seaside resort town of Folkestone in the southeast of England, was a social facility built in 1902. This is the 7th project for Ant Yapi UK in England and is of great importance locally in Folkestone as it is an Edwardian period property needing complete rejuvenation.

The Leas Pavilion project consists of 2 stages. While the first includes the renovation and restoration of the old building, the second part aims to give a new meaning to the project with the development of 91 luxury modern residences.

The work will be a blended combination of modern architecture and the existing building will be fully restored in harmony with the roots of traditional British architecture and history. At the same time; the luxury residence building which being built from scratch is designed to be integrated into the old structure. The 91 modern luxury apartments will be built across a total 12,400 square meter construction area, where we undertake both the renovation works and the residence works will be carried out.

The Leas Pavilion will once again become a prime luxury destination with equal access to both the center of London and the English Channel, renewing its center of culture, art & entertainment.
