Belgravia Gate
Belgravia Gate is a super-prime residential development close to Buckingham Palace / Hyde Park Corner. Ant Yapi (UK) as principal designer & contractor have undertaken all internal fitting out works including mechanical and electrical works for 12 residential units, underground and common areas and spa/pool area. The area is around 10,000m2 with a contract value of £40 million. The works were completed by July 2017.
Wainbridge Estates Belgravia is the developer of the project and our package includes design and 3D BIM coordination of services and architectural works, workshop drawings and management of a diverse design team stretching from New York to London via Istanbul. The very high quality of finish includes carved marble, timber, leather and cashmere wall panelling, bespoke joinery and full AV automation and BMS.
