Elena Istiagina our QA/QC Engineer oversees the defect and inspection management system, ensuring thorough monitoring of progress and performance. In her role she co-chairs weekly SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) meetings alongside the HSE Advisor to discuss performance and foster collaboration among project teams and subcontractors.

These meetings provide a platform for addressing any issues, sharing best practices, and ensuring that all teams are aligned with the company’s quality and safety standards. In addition to these, Elena leads bi-weekly quality progress meetings with subcontractors, where they review ongoing progress, address any concerns, and work together to maintain the highest levels of quality across all projects. System Administration: Administering the defect and inspection management system, adding new inspections as needed, providing training to users, and developing new processes to enhance system efficiency.
