Anthill Residence

Anthill Residence, a significant project for Ant Yapı, was the first twin towers in Istanbul with views of both the Bosphorus and Golden Horn. Anthill Residence was recognized with awards and is an excellent example of the changing and modernizing panorama of Şişli-Bomonti which is one of the most established districts in Istanbul. The project is a new, elegant and a modern city icon for Istanbul’s skyline with its two 54-floor towers, merging with the blue sky it is one of the most beautiful examples of contemporary architecture with its 210 meters high twin towers and 804 residence apartments.

In Anthill where it is possible to see the Marmara Sea from the 15th floor upwards and the Islands and Golden Horn view from the 30th floor and above, and higher up there is a 360-degree view of Istanbul. In addition to its standard layouts consisting of 1- and 2-bedroomed apartments, it is possible to create different apartment formations up to 5-bedrooms with its flexible and modular planning principal.
