Another great step for Ant Yapi in the UK; Grainger Plc have demonstrated their faith in our expertise and awarded us a project to build their Apex House development in Seven Sisters, London. We will design and construct 163 units and mark a new step for Ant Yapi, for Grainger and for the Seven Sisters area. We are proud to have the trust of such a client; thank you Grainger.

Apex House is a development of 163 homes in the Seven Sisters area of London. Ant Yapi (UK) have been selected for the design and build of all works covering circa 17,000m2 in 2 buildings and a further 4 town houses. The contract value is in excess of £45 million. Apex is located on a busy commuting junction, at the corner of Tottenham High Road and Seven Sisters Road and adjacent to the Seven Sisters tube station. John McAslan + Partners has demonstrated how with careful design the planning restrictions on the site could be developed to deliver substantially more residential accommodation.

To offer acoustic isolation to all the apartments whilst also providing adequate ventilation a sealed facade with Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) is integrated into the modular glazing system. The facade and the different apartments have a modular grid and there is the flexibility to adjust the planning organisation in the future to suit changing requirements. Apex House comprises 68 percent PRS and 32 percent affordable homes and is being delivered as phase one of the Seven Sisters Regeneration Project, which includes the consented Wards Corner development at Seven Sisters Underground Station, due to complete in 2025.

Grainger Plc is the developer and owner of the project, adding to their portfolio of PRS units. The experience of Ant Yapi as a developer and property owner (we have built and own apartments such as Anthill Residence) is standing us in good stead to ensure the functionality, operation and long term viability of this project.
